Share Transfer Forms. The Sellers shall have delivered to the Buyer share transfer forms for the Purchased Shares in favor of the Buyer, duly signed by the Sellers under hand and in wet ink.

Share Transfer Forms. The Seller shall execute and deliver to the Purchasers duly executed and valid share transfer forms and original share certificates in respect of the Shares free and clear of all Encumbrances.
