Common use of Share Transfer Deed Clause in Contracts

Share Transfer Deed. I, A▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ID. number 057383101 (the “Transferor”), do hereby transfer to WhiteSmoke, Inc., a company registered under the laws of Delaware, (the “Transferee”) ___________________ Ordinary Shares, nominal value US$ 0.01 each, of WhiteSmoke, Inc., to hold unto the Transferee, his executors, administrators and assigns, subject to the same terms and conditions on which I held the same at the time of the execution hereof; and L the said Transferee, do hereby agree to take the said shares subject to the aforesaid terms and conditions.
