Common use of Share Transfer Deed Clause in Contracts

Share Transfer Deed. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer a duly executed Share Transfer Deed, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, transferring the Purchased Shares to the Buyer, effective as of the Closing.

Share Transfer Deed. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer a duly executed and witnessed Share Transfer Deed, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B7.2(c)(ii), transferring the Purchased Shares to the Buyer, effective as of the Closing.

Share Transfer Deed. The Each Seller who is a shareholder of the Company immediately prior to Closing, shall deliver to the Buyer a duly executed and witnessed Share Transfer DeedDeed(s), in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, transferring the Purchased Shares to the Buyer, effective as of the Closing.
