Common use of Share Termination Unit Price Clause in Contracts

In the case of a Registration Registered Settlement of Share Termination Delivery Units that are Restricted Shares (as defined below) as set forth in paragraph (k)(iiq)(ii) below, the Share Termination Unit Price shall be the Settlement Price on the Merger Date, the Tender Offer Date, date of the Announcement Date (in occurrence of the case of a Nationalization, Insolvency Nationalization or Delisting)Insolvency, the date of cancellation the Share De-listing or the Early Termination Date, as applicable.
