Common use of SFPUC Clause in Contracts

SFPUC. Upon submittal of an application that includes any Community Improvements that fall under the jurisdiction of SFPUC (the “SFPUC Infrastructure”) or any public utility-related mitigation measures within the SFPUC’s jurisdiction (the “SFPUC Related Mitigation Measures”), the SFPUC will review each such application, or applicable portions thereof, and use good faith efforts to provide comments to the Developer within sixty (60) days of the SFPUC’s receipt of such application.
