Common use of SFA Obligations Clause in Contracts

SFA Obligations. The SFA shall: 4.1 publish and circulate the SFA Policy Manual to the elected Director; 4.2 provide an orientation to each newly-elected Director; 4.3 regularly provide SFA policy and program information to the Director; 4.4 provide a Discipline Procedure (see SFA Policy and Procedure Manual Date) which is consistent with the general accepted principles of natural justice and due process with respect to any dispute between the Director and the SFA;
