Common use of SEVERANCE REPAYMENT Clause in Contracts

SEVERANCE REPAYMENT. An employee who receives severance pay as in sections 9.07 and 9.08 above, if they are recalled from layoff, will be required to refund one (1) week's pay for each two (2) months of employment until the pay received is fully refunded.
