Common use of Severance and Validity Clause in Contracts

Severance and Validity. If any provision of this Amendment and Restatement Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from this Amendment and Restatement Agreement. The remaining provisions will remain in full force in that jurisdiction and all provisions will continue in full force in any other jurisdiction.
