Common use of SEVERALITY Clause in Contracts

SEVERALITY. Should any provision of this Agreement be unenforceable or prohibited by any applicable law, this Agreement shall be considered divisible as to such provision which shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and binding as though such provision were not included herein.
