Several Liability. The liability of the Lock-Up Parties hereunder is several (and not joint). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event will any Lock-Up Party be liable for any other Lock-Up Party’s breach of such other Lock-Up Party’s representations, warranties, covenants, or agreements contained in this Agreement.
