Severability; Waiver. 16.1 If any provision of this Contract is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, this act shall not affect the validity of any other provision. 16.2 No waiver of any provision of this Contract shall be considered, or shall be, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any such waiver be a continuing or subsequent waiver of the same provision. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.
