Severability; Specific Enforcement. In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement, or the application of this Agreement in any circumstances, is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity, legality and enforceability of any such provision in every other respect and of the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement shall not be in any way impaired thereby, it being intended that all of the rights and privileges of the parties to this Agreement shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each of the parties hereto acknowledge that the other party(ies) hereto would not have an adequate remedy at law for money damages in the event that any of the covenants or agreements of any other party in this Agreement were not performed in accordance with its terms and therefore agrees that the other party(ies) shall be entitled to specific enforcement of such covenants or agreements and to injunctive and other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy to which it may be entitled, at law or in equity.
