Common use of Severability; Section Headings Clause in Contracts

Severability; Section Headings. If any provision of this Agreement is determined in any proceeding binding upon the parties to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. The section headings in this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual effect.
