Severability; Section Headings. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall in no way affect the validity of any other provision hereof. The section and paragraph headings in this Agreement are for the purpose of convenience and heading only, and the words contained therein shall in no way be held to explain, modify, or aid in the interpretation, construction, or meaning of the provisions hereof.

Severability; Section Headings. Wherever possible, each provision of this Warrant will be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Warrant is prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Warrant. Section headings herein are for convenience only and are not controlling.

Severability; Section Headings. If any provision of this Agreement is determined in any proceeding binding upon the parties to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. References herein to Articles, Sections, paragraphs, Schedules and the like, unless otherwise stated are references to Articles, Sections or paragraphs of, or Schedules to, this Amendment. Terms such as “herein”, “hereof” or “hereunder” refer to this Amendment as a whole, and not to any particular provision hereof.
