Common use of Severability of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Severability of the Agreement. If any provision of the Agreement is judged as invalid, illegal or unenforceable under the laws of the PRC, remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force. If any provision is judged as invalid, illegal or unenforceable, both parties shall amend the Agreement upon negotiation in good faith, to achieve the original intention of both parties to the greatest extent in an acceptable manner.
