Severability of Provisions, etc. (a) If any provision of this Mortgage should be deemed invalid or shall be deemed to affect adversely the preferred status of this Mortgage under any applicable law, such provision shall be void and of no effect and shall cease to be a part of this Mortgage without affecting the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
