Common use of Severability; Complete Agreement Clause in Contracts

Severability; Complete Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any Person or circumstance shall be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of this Agreement and the application of such provisions to any other Person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby, and such provisions shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law. This Agreement and the Lease Documents, and the instruments executed in connection herewith, constitute the full and complete agreement of the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, correspondence, and memoranda relating to the subject matter thereof.
