Common use of Severability; Captions Clause in Contracts

Severability; Captions. In the event that any clause or provision of this Agreement should be held to be void, voidable, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Headings or captions in this Agreement are added as a matter of convenience only and in no way define, limit or otherwise affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
