Severability and Reformation of Restrictive Covenants. In entering into this Agreement and restrictive covenants herein contained, it is the intent of both parties to comply with the requirements of Colorado law in all material respects and for the restrictive covenants to be fully enforceable under Colorado law. If any restraint contained herein is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unreasonable in scope, duration, activities restricted, or otherwise, the parties hereby authorize and request the court to modify the restraint to the minimum extent necessary, while also preserving this Agreement and restrictive covenants to the maximum extent permitted by law.
