Common use of Severabilily Clause in Contracts

Severabilily. Any provision of this Agreement which is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdictions shall be, as to such jurisdictions, ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
