Fax Signatures. Any signature page hereto delivered by a fax machine or telecopy machine shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page, with regard to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto. Any party who delivers such a signature page agrees to later deliver an original counterpart to any party that requests it.
Fax Signatures. This Agreement may be signed either by original signature or by facsimile signature.
Fax Signatures. A signature hereto sent or delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be as legally binding and enforceable as a signed original for all purposes.
Fax Signatures. The parties hereby agree that signatures transmitted and received via facsimile or other electronic means shall be treated for all purposes of this Agreement as original signatures and shall be deemed valid, binding and enforceable by and against both parties.
Fax Signatures. For purposes of this Contract, a document (or signature page thereto) signed and transmitted by facsimile machine or telecopier is to be treated as an original document. The signature of any party thereon, for purposes hereof, is to be considered an original signature, and the documents transmitted is to be considered to have the same binding effect as an original signature on an original document. At the request of any party, any facsimile or telecopy document is to be re-executed in original form by the parties who executed the facsimile or telecopy document. No party may raise the use of a facsimile machine or telecopier or the fact that a signature was transmitted through the use of a facsimile or telecopier machine as a defense to the enforcement to this Contract or any amendment or other document executed in compliance with this paragraph.
Fax Signatures. Each of the parties hereto (i) has agreed to permit the use, from time to time and where appropriate, of faxed signatures in order to expedite the Closing, (ii) intends to be bound by its respective faxed signature, (iii) is aware that the other parties hereto will rely on the faxed signature, and (iv) acknowledges such reliance and waives any defenses to the enforcement of the documents effecting the transaction contemplated by this Agreement based on the fact that a signature was sent by fax.
Fax Signatures. This Agreement and any agreement or document contemplated hereby may be signed and delivered by a party by facsimile, such facsimile shall be deemed to be an original signature.
Fax Signatures. The parties hereby agree that signatures transmitted and received via facsimile or other electronic means shall be treated for all purposes of this Addendum, and any future Addendums or Amendments, as original signatures and shall be deemed valid, binding and enforceable by and against both parties. BOTH PARTIES HERETO REPRESENT THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AMENDMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, AND ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF A SIGNED, TRUE AND EXACT COPY OF THIS AMENDMENT.
Fax Signatures. Signed facsimile copies of this Agreement, addenda, attachments and exhibits will legally bind the parties to the same extent as original documents.
Fax Signatures. Facsimiles of the execution pages of this Agreement shall be considered originals of such signatures. Upon request of a party, originals of any facsimile signatures shall be mailed by overnight delivery to the requesting party within one(1)day of such request.
