Common use of Severabililty Clause in Contracts

Severabililty. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified, if possible, to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, then severed, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
