Common use of Settlement Website Clause in Contracts

Settlement Website. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and no later than the first date that the e-mailing or the mailing of the Notice occurs, or as may be extended by the Court on application of the Parties, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a website containing the Notice and this Agreement and its exhibits (the “Settlement Website”). The Notice will identify the web address of the Settlement Website.

Settlement Website. The Settlement Website will become active after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and no later than shall remain active at least until the first date that the e-mailing or the mailing of the Notice occurs, or as may be extended by the Court on application of the Parties, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a website containing the Notice and this Agreement and its exhibits (the “Settlement Website”).
