Settlement Time Sample Clauses

Settlement Time of an e-conveyance, means the time of locking of the Workspace but not later than 4.00pm AEST on the Settlement Date.
Settlement Time. Settlement must occur no later than 4.00pm on the Settlement Date. The parties may agree to settle at an earlier time on the Settlement Date, but time is not of the essence in relation to any time so agreed.
Settlement Time. Party B shall issue the “Settlement Bill” for the previous month’s service fee to Party A within 5 days after the end of each month (postponed in case of holidays or special circumstances). Party A shall conduct reconciliation and confirmation within 3 days after receiving the bill. Party B shall send the settlement invoice or receipt to Party A within 4 days. Party A shall make payment within 15 working days after receiving the settlement invoice (postponed in case of holidays or special circumstances). Failure to make payment within the time limit shall be deemed as breach of contract.

ACAT transfers typically take 2-3 weeks to fully settle, but it can sometimes be longer depending on several factors, including the processing time and policies of both brokerage firms, the types of assets being transferred, and any potential complications in the transfer process. c. Domestic Wires may take 1-2 business to settle. International Wires may take 2-3 business days. d. DTC FOP transfers typically take 2-3 weeks to fully settle.
Settlement Time. Settlement will be made at the end of March of the following year of each extended contract year.
