Settlement Purpose. The Parties agree and acknowledge that they understand that this Agreement is entered into solely for the purpose of avoiding the possible future expenses, burdens or distractions of a continuing dispute or litigation. The Parties further agree and acknowledge that the execution of this Settlement Agreement does not constitute an admission by any of the Parties of any liability of any kind or of any wrongdoing by any entity or individual, and the Parties each specifically deny any and all liability or wrongdoing.
