Common use of Servicing Contract Clause in Contracts

Servicing Contract. An agreement between the Master Servicer and a Direct Servicer or Subservicer that relates to the servicing of Mortgage Loans and is comprised of the mortgage selling and servicing contract (which incorporates the Guide), as the same may be amended from time to time by any other written agreements between the parties (including master agreements and any related pool purchase contracts). The Servicing Contract applies to the servicing of Mortgage Loans at time of delivery, and may apply to Mortgage Loans in one or more Pools and loans in other Xxxxxx Xxx Trusts or loans owned by one or more other Persons.
