Servicing Compliance Review. Promptly upon receipt from the Servicer of its annual statement described in Section 6.4 of the Master Seller's Warranties and Servicing Agreement and the accountant's report described in Section 6.5 of the Master Seller's Warranties and Servicing Agreement, the Trustee shall furnish a copy thereof to the Depositor. Promptly after the Depositor's receipt thereof, the Depositor shall review the same and, if applicable, consult with the Servicer as to the nature of any defaults by the Servicer in the fulfillment of any of the Servicer's obligations under the Master Seller's Warranties and Servicing Agreement.
