Common use of Services Use Clause in Contracts

Services Use. The Supplier grants to the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right during the Call-Off Contract Term to use the Supplier’s or its relevant licensor’s IPR solely to the extent necessary to access and use the Services in accordance with the Call-Off Contract, the Order Form and these Supplier Terms, subject always to: 3.1.1 such access and use being only for the purposes and only in the manner described in the Service Description (and relevant Service Addendum); and 3.1.2 any Buyer restrictions (including any Usage Limit) set out in the Call-Off Contract including the relevant Service Addendum (together the "Purpose").
