Common use of Services Schedules Clause in Contracts

Services Schedules. 4.1 Subject to approval of any Services Schedules in writing by the Supplier, from time to time, the Services Schedules shall be deemed to have been incorporated as terms of this Agreement and shall be governed by and be subject to the terms of this Agreement. 4.2 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that all and any liabilities, responsibilities, obligations, indemnities and undertakings of any kind which arise under the Services Schedules and or any Services Terms, shall be of the essence for the Contract and any breach of the same by either party shall be deemed to be breach of the Contract
