Project Administration Services. The Professional Services Contractor shall provide all project administration services necessary to facilitate the orderly progress of a project including, but not limited to, attending project meetings, communicating with others as appropriate, monitoring progress and issuing progress reports to Princeton University, supervising Professional Services Contractor’s in-house personnel, and coordinating and managing information flow and decision-making.
Project Administration Services. In support of delivering IMAC Services, Supplier will provide project administration and support for the Supplier responsibilities in this Attachment D *. The objective of this task is to provide administrative support and assistance. The primary subtasks to be performed by Supplier include:
a. Work Order Processing.
b. Change Order Processing
c. Deliverable Preparation
d. Transportation Scheduling
e. Inventory Administration and Management
f. Coordinate the pick up of de-installed Store Equipment and other Store Equipment being replaced from a Gap store location.

The Architect shall coordinate the services provided by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner’s consultants.

The Design Consultant shall consult with the Owner, research applicable design criteria, attend Project meetings, communicate with members of the Project team and issue progress reports. The Design Consultant shall coordinate the services provided by the Design Consultant and the Design Consultant's Design Consultants with those services provided by the Owner and the Owner's Design Consultants.
2.1.2 The Design Consultant shall consider the value of alternative materials, building systems and equipment, together with other considerations based on program, budget and aesthetics in developing the design for the Project.
2.1.3 The Design Consultant shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner's responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.

2.1.2 When Project requirements have been sufficiently identified, the Architect shall prepare, and periodically update, a Project schedule that shall identify milestone dates for decisions required of the Owner, design services furnished by the Architect, completion of documentation provided by the Architect, commencement of construction and Substantial Completion of the Work.
2.1.3 The Architect shall consider the value of alternative materials, building systems and equipment, together with other considerations based on program, budget and aesthetics in developing the design for the Project.
2.1.4 Upon request of the Owner, the Architect shall make a presentation to explain the design of the Project to representatives of the Owner.
2.1.5 The Architect shall submit design documents to the Owner at intervals appropriate to the design process for purposes of evaluation and approval by the Owner. The Architect shall be entitled to rely on approvals received from the Owner in the further development of the design.
2.1.6 The Architect shall assist the Owner in connection with the Owner’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.
Project Administration Services. Office engineering staff, CAD personnel, and administrative staff will assist the construction project team as necessary during construction in response to requests for information, plan or specification clarifications, change orders, and other issues that may arise. Other administrative tasks include project set up and invoicing, internal meetings, progress reports, subconsultant coordination, and contract management.
Project Administration Services. Solution Tree will assign a Project Administrator to coordinate the internal Solution Tree team and the Associate team. This Project Administration Team will monitor, assess, and report on the services and will provide periodic feedback to the Customer.

Project Administration Services. After the closing of the acquisition of the Acquired Property (or if the Acquired Property is subject to an existing lease, upon the move out of the applicable tenant), Service Provider shall complete initial “clean and secure” services, including re-keying, initial cleaning to broom-clean condition and clearing of any items or debris left in the home (the “Post-Purchase Clean and Secure”). Additionally, Service Provider as independent contractor shall engage, on behalf of and in the name of Owner and on Service Provider’s standard and customary form agreements approved by Owner as of the Closing Date (or otherwise on such forms as have been approved in writing by Owner), general contractors, service providers and other trades to perform the necessary repairs and upgrades needed prior to the Acquired Property being occupied for the first time following acquisition by Owner, at all times in accordance with the renovation standards described in Exhibit G (the “Renovation Standards”) and for a cost of no more than $5,000 unless otherwise approved, in writing, by Owner. Service Provider will provide commercially reasonable oversight of the repair projects (or other projects including, but not limited to, walkthroughs, builder/developer monitoring and oversight and capital improvements) related to each Acquired Property and use commercially reasonable efforts to manage the third-party providers to complete such projects on approved timelines (the “Project Administration Services”). In no event shall Service Provider’s engagement of any subcontractors or other providers relieve Service Provider of any of its obligations, duties, or liabilities under this Agreement.
