SERVICES SCHEDULE. For e-Presentment Services This is a “Services Attachment” for e-Presentment Services (“Services”) entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between (“Customer”) and Customers, Inc. (“DST”) made a part of the Master Services Agreement dated by and between Customer and DST (“Agreement”). Unless specifically stated otherwise, all terms, covenants and conditions described in the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference as if the same had been described herein in full. In the event of a conflict between the terms set forth in this Services Schedule and the Agreement, the terms of this Services Attachment shall govern.
