Common use of Services Provided Clause in Contracts

Services Provided. City shall provide in the Terminal Building Complex the following utility services: reasonable amounts of water, electricity, telephone, sewage outlets, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, to a point determined by the Director. All extensions of the facilities requested by Tenant for said utility services from said points shall be at the sole cost and expense of Tenant. In the event of any change desired by Tenant as to said points of supply by City, the expense of making such changes or alterations shall be at the sole cost of Tenant.

Services Provided.
