Services provided by Supplier. 3.1 You will report to your Government contact (“Contact”), and provide the following services: a) produce a film or video (“Film”) and provide production including titling, editing, scoring, dubbing, cutting and completion of the Film (“Production”) using Representatives and in accordance with this appendix and to provide such other services as are agreed between the parties from time to time in connection with the Film or Production. b) creating and developing a storyboard for the Film in full discussion with you and in accordance with the directions and request of the Government; c) managing the budget; d) consulting with and assisting in the writing of any script for narration in the Film; e) casting actors or voice artists in consultation with the Government; f) selecting, gathering, holding and developing in consultation with the Government material that is to be contributed to the Film or Production by third parties; g) making all necessary preparations for the Film and Production including providing or engaging the crew, studio and other necessary facilities and services necessary to render the Services; h) obtaining a licence to use or preparing and producing background music; i) creating and producing the Film and/or Production in a timely fashion in accordance with the budget and the production schedule; j) undertaking and overseeing all Production of the Film; and k) delivering to the Government the Film and other Materials on or before the date as provided by the Government.
