Common use of Services Pricing Clause in Contracts

Services Pricing. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Confirmation, all Services shall be provided on a time and expense/materials basis at Publisher’s then current rates. Publisher reserves the right to impose a higher rate for Services performed upon the request or with the approval of Customer in excess of a forty (40) hour week or during weekend or holiday periods. Estimates are provided for Customer’s information only and are not guaranteed.
