Common use of Services Pricing Clause in Contracts

Services Pricing. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Confirmation, all Services shall be provided on a time and expense/materials basis at CCH SFS’ then current rates. CCH SFS reserves the right to impose a higher rate for Services performed upon the request or with the approval of Customer in excess of a forty (40) hour week or during weekend or holiday periods. Estimates are provided for Customer’s information only and are not guaranteed. Customer understands and acknowledges that any Fees associated with the Services are non-refundable and shall not be subject to the Software Refund Policy.
