Services Pricing. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order Form, all Services shall be provided on a time and expense/materials basis at Licensor’s then current rates. Licensor reserves the right to impose a higher rate for Services performed upon the request or with the approval of Customer in excess of a forty (40) hour week or during weekend or holiday periods. Estimates are provided for Customer’s information only and are not guaranteed. Customer shall pay or reimburse Licensor for all reasonable travel and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with Licensor’s performance of Services hereunder.
