Services Period. All Services must be used by Customer within twelve months after the date of the relevant Quote or date of the relevant Statement of Work and there will be no refunds provided for amounts paid for Services, or any portion thereof, not used within the applicable twelve-month period. All Services are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
