Services in the Community. 1. Individuals under the age of 18 shall not be admitted to, or otherwise served, in the State Hospitals or on State Hospital grounds, unless the individual meets the criteria for emancipated minor, as set forth in Article 6 of Title 15, Chapter 11 of the Georgia Code, O.C.G.A. §§ 00-00-000 et seq.
