Services Exclusions. Subscriber acknowledges that the provision of Support Services may be delayed or adversely affected if: (a) Subscriber fails to comply with Cohesive’s instructions, including those contained in the Documentation, issued in the course of providing the Support Services; (b) Subscriber fails to comply with its obligations set forth in an Offering Document or SLA or fails or delays in providing Cohesive with accurate information, access to data, information, and systems, the necessary input, timely decision making and assistance identified in an Offering Document or SLA or as otherwise requested by Cohesive from time to time to enable the provision of the Support Services; (c) Subscriber’s uses of any version of the Cohesive Software that is not obtained as directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; or (d) Cohesive is affected by a force majeure event.
