The Services Coordination clause defines the responsibilities and processes for managing and overseeing the delivery of services under the agreement. SERVICES COORDINATION. Digimarc shall designate a responsible individual with adequate authority and competence as a services representative whose responsibilities, in addition to those expressly set out in this Agreement, shall be to serve as primary interface with Licensee.
SERVICES COORDINATION. The Resource Specialist will be 31G’s focal point during performance of the Services. The Resource Specialist will:
a. establish and maintain project communications with the Customer’s nominated representative;
b. work with the Customer’s nominated representative to address pending issues;
c. administer the Project Change Control Procedure as defined in Appendix D; d. review the Agreement and the contractual responsibilities of both parties;
SERVICES COORDINATION. The CONTRACTOR will provide a housing specialist to work with a participant to develop an individualized housing and services plan, appropriate to the participant’s needs. This plan may include, but is not limited to, focusing on sobriety, alcohol and drug-free housing, life skills training, public benefits and entitlements, medical care, and legal concerns. The CONTRACTOR will require that the participants meet with their housing specialist at least once quarterly to discuss the progress in their housing plans and to determine what adjustments are needed in order to achieve independent living and self-sufficiency.
