Services benefits. (1) Company’s use of Services offered as a benefit of the MPN will be governed by this Agreement. (2) Microsoft’s delivery of Services depends on Company’s full and timely cooperation, as well as the accuracy and completeness of Company’s information. There may be cases where Company’s implementation of Products cannot be effectively supported.
