SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Services to be provided by the INSPECTOR. The INSPECTOR shall provide to the DISTRICT on the terms set forth herein all the services articulated in Article I of this AGREEMENT and as set forth in EXHIBIT “A” (collectively “Services”). The INSPECTOR agrees to discharge the duties of an inspector as specified in California Education Code Sections 17309, 17311, 81141, 81143 and Sections 4-333 and 4-342 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.
