Services and Programming. Grantee shall provide Grantor with a list of program services offered, which list shall be updated each time a change is made. Grantee shall not reduce the number of program services without thirty (30) days prior written notification to the Grantor and system subscribers unless caused by circumstances beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s reasonable control.
