Common use of Services and Coverage Clause in Contracts

Services and Coverage. The Supplier shall use reasonable endeavours to facilitate the Client’s access to overseas Mobile Telecommunications Networks. The Client agrees that the Supplier is not responsible for the performance of any Mobile Telecommunications Networks that are not controlled by the Supplier (including those within the United Kingdom). Overseas Mobile Telecommunications Networks may be limited in quality and coverage, and the Client acknowledges that access, service availability and security depends on various factors outside of the Supplier’s control and, accordingly, the Supplier shall not be liable for any failure or non-performance of the Mobile Telephony Services as a result of the same.
