Servicer’s agency limited. The Servicer shall have no authority by virtue of this Agreement to act for or represent German FleetCo as agent or otherwise, save in respect of those functions and duties which it is expressly authorized to perform and discharge by this Agreement and for the period during which this Agreement so authorizes it to perform and discharge those functions and duties.
