Servicer Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Servicer Fee to the initial Servicer and after the resignation or replacement of the initial Servicer, the Borrower shall pay the Servicer Fee to a Successor Servicer, which may be the Back-Up Servicer, appointed in accordance with the Servicing Agreement.
