Common use of Service with the Company Clause in Contracts

Service with the Company. Executive agrees to competently perform such duties customarily performed by a Chief Executive Officer, and such other duties as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). Executive will use his best efforts to promote the success of the Company’s business and will cooperate fully with the Board in the advancement of the best interests of the Company.

Service with the Company. The Executive shall serve ------------------------ as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive agrees to competently perform such duties customarily performed by a Chief Executive Officerdevote all of his skills and efforts to the performance of, and to perform diligently and on a timely basis, such other duties as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Company's Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO") or by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). Executive will use his best efforts to promote the success of the Company’s business and will cooperate fully with the Board in the advancement of the best interests of the Company.

Service with the Company. The Executive agrees to competently perform such executive employment duties customarily performed by a Chief Executive Officerfor the Company and its subsidiaries consistent with the positions specified in Section 1 hereof and as the Chairman of the Board, and such other duties as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the President or the Board of Directors of the Company (the “"Board”)") shall assign to him from time to time.
