Service Upgrades. Members requesting service upgrades shall be considered on a case-by-case basis. The member shall be responsible for the upgrade costs, as determined by DSO. The following shall apply to all upgrades: 1. It shall be the responsibility of the member or authorized contractor to provide DSO with the estimated increase in electrical load from the service upgrade. 2. DSO shall require that 100% of the cost of the service upgrade be paid in advance.
