Service Updates. From time-to-time, Cloudwick may provide Amorphic upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for Amorphic to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement. Customer understands that Cloudwick may cease supporting old versions or releases of Amorphic at any time in its sole discretion; provided that Cloudwick shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Customer reasonable prior notice of any major changes.
