Service Updates. The subscription fees include updates from time to time in and to the products included in the Services and subscribed to in the Order Form. Client acknowledges and agrees that certain new features and improvements introduced in connection with such updates are not included in the subscription fees and may be subject to separate fees agreed to in writing by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Client and any Client-specific modifications to the products included in the Services are priced separately.
